It is through the 2D drawings and supporting documents, that parts and assemblies are manufactured to the specified requirements. Dimensions, material, finishes and assembly procedure must be clearly and accurately documented.
We have in-depth knowledge that allows us to specify parts to suit various manufacturing processes. From injection moulding plastics, to aluminium die-castings and extrusions. The manufacturing tolerances and guidelines are different for each process, and are critical to achieving a high-quality part that is mass-producible.
